Sean is a seasoned entertainer in Philadelphia, where he hosts Quizzo as part of his business, Quizzo! by Sean P. Maguire, LLC. Thanks to the chaos that was 2020, he has also branched out into Virtual Quizzo, broadcasting live from the "Quizzo! Bunker" (aka his basement studio). He is also a trained improviser, having studied at the Philly Improv Theater and the UCB Training Center in New York City, where he was taught by the likes of Nick Gillette, Ralph Andracchio, and Kristen Schier, to name a few.  He is a graduate of the school formerly known as Philadelphia University, where he won Homecoming King and was even the school mascot (Phil the Ram) for a hot second. Sean is also a member of the LearnedLeague competition, where he competes in the Rundle A Archipelago.

When he is not embarrassing himself onstage or behind a microphone, Sean can be found debating which flannel shirt to wear for the day or playing his guitars way too loud in his basement.  He likes watching The Simpsons, listening to Low Cut Connie, and spending time with his awesome wife Casey (known to Quizzo! fans as “Mrs. Producer”) and son Declan, heir to the Quizzo throne.
